• We offer 15 days money back or exchange guarantee (Except shipping costs).
• If you want to return simply do it, we don't go for reasoning.
• Custom made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. However we facilitate our buyers by returning up to 60% of the product amount excluding  the  shipping cost.
• Alteration buyer will bear both sides shipping costs.
• We process orders according to your selected size and colors. Hence, there will be no refunds/returns for ordering incorrect sizes and colors for both standard and custom  products.
• It is very important that, you cross check your measurements carefully before placing an order. Size charts are available on our website with detailed information for measuring your size.
